Stiamo cercando un **Accounting Clerk **da inserire nel nostro Head Office.

**TO DO LIST DELL’ ACCOUNTING CLERK**:

- Ti occuperai di supportare il team AFC nelle attività legate alla gestione amministrativa e contabile della Società:

- Controllo ordini di acquisto e registrazione fatture passive
- Riconciliazioni ciclo attivo tra PMS ed ERP
- Registrazioni di prima nota contabile
- Riconciliazioni bancarie
- Controllo e registrazione note spese dipendenti
- Supporto nella tenuta dei libri contabili
- Riconciliazioni mensili tra Registri IVA, portale Fatture e corrispettivi (AdE)
- Supporto nella gestione dei depositi cauzionali degli studenti
- Interfacciandoti con i team del Front Office registrerai i contratti di locazione dei nostri clienti sul portale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, verificando la correttezza delle informazioni riportate, eseguendo le scritture contabili relative ed occupandoti del pagamento dell’imposta di registro.

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea in Economia
- precedente esperienza (anche breve) nell’ambito della contabilità/amministrazione
- precisione e puntualità nel rispetto delle scadenze
- proattività, curiosità, flessibilità e predisposizione al lavoro in team
- conoscenza dei principali applicativi Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
- conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferenziale)
- esperienza con il software Oracle Netsuite (preferenziale)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
