Elearning Designer

In this role, you’ll design and develop digital training content that supports learning across the company. Using tools like Articulate 365, you’ll build e-learning modules, videos, graphics, and animations that bring content to life for employees at all levels. You’ll translate complex topics into clear, engaging formats - always keeping the learner in mind.

Beyond design, you’ll also contribute to the wider learning strategy - from helping with training needs analysis to staying up-to-date with the latest learning trends and tools. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, keep things organised, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

This role sits within the Learning & Development team and is part of a larger company-wide effort to improve employee experience across the Group.

What kind of experience are we looking for?

You’ll need previous experience working in a similar e-learning or digital training role, along with a relevant qualification - such as a degree in education or a certificate in digital learning or instructional design (ideally).

You should feel comfortable using e-learning authoring tools (especially Articulate 365), have a good understanding of how LMS systems work, and be confident using video and image editing software.
