Join us as a **Content Manager**
**What you will be doing**
Joining our brand team, as the Content Manager, you will be responsible of how our brand tells stories to reach our current and potential audiences. You will own the end-to-end strategy and manage the development and execution of high-quality content across various platforms.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Lead, oversee and manage the content strategy, creation, development and distribution of content for various platforms and channels to support overall brand and marketing objectives
- Engage, brief and manage content creators in an effective way; from writers, to videographers, editors, producers or photographers to create engaging and valuable content
- Drive and create our content calendar and work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, product, regional, PR, performance ) to align how we tell our stories and create and distribute compelling content in a timely manner
- Ensure the content is high-quality, aligned and consistent with the brand narrative and business’ goals and target audiences
- Conduct and use research and insights to identify trends and emerging tech, understand relevant audiences and which channels will reach them most effectively
- Measure performance, analyse data and manage all reporting on the impact of content strategy and initiatives using various tools to make data-driven decisions and improve engagement and conversions
- Optimize content for SEO purposes to increase organic search visibility and traffic
- Translate test results into best practices
**What we need**

You Have:
- 9+ years’ of professional experience in marketing with a focus on content strategy and development
- Tech and scale-up experience are a plus
- You are a creative thinker always looking for new opportunities to drive growth through content marketing
- Solid experience in the craft and methodologies of content creation, distribution and measurement
- You have a special interest in new and innovative approached or mediums of content
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. You know how to tell a compelling story, but also how to sell it
- You are a pro with organizational skills, are results-driven and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in Italian and English (fluency in French is a plus)
- Experience with SEO best practices

- Able to bring energy, curiosity and optimism to the team and role
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Strongly and genuinely passionate for working in a growing team
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
