The Business Unit Paper is the division producing specialty papers for different end users: from special graphic papers for packaging, to papers for drawing and art, from natural papers to coated papers.

**Mission and key priorities of the role**
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive new member to join the Marketing team in Verona, in the role of **Product Manager** for the Paper BU. In this position you will directly report to the Head of Product Marketing and you will play a key role in ensuring the correct management of our products, daily interfacing with different departments.

**Your responsibilities**
- Develop/update/upgrade core portfolio
- Innovation Funnel: new product inception to launch
- Product mapping and benchmarking
- Active PLM: Product portfolio and life cycle management (margin monitoring, SKU Value Engineering and Rationalization)
- Be the R&D leaders’ partner on New Products Development
- Follow up production trials, ensuring correct timings
- Update product value proposition on sales support channels
- Financial follow-up of current pipelines of tailored products

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master’s Degree - Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Design
- 5 years of experience in product management (cost analysis, technical, commercial) or in R&D departments as Project Manager
- Previous experience in paper/plastics/aluminum/tissue industry will be considered a plus
- Project management skills are required: ability to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company
- Drives execution in complex set up (problem solving, cooperation, leadership, and drive goals/performance)
- High energy and “Go-getter” mindset, able to deal with stressful situations or tight deadlines, going above and beyond the scope of own job
- Fluent in Italian and English
