We are looking for a **Sales Planner & Reporting Junior** who will join our Italy Sales team and support our Sales Planning & Reporting Manager within Green Technologies System Division.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting and sales analysis.
- Develop and assist with the reporting and analysis needs of management teams of the institutional sales groups (ie track sales progress pipeline, reconcile forecasts, projections)
- Updating forecast and CRM in regard to key metrics.
- Support the WW-level implementation of the Salesforce CRM software;
- Prepares periodic sales reports to show sales volume, customer ratings, and potential new sales.
- Active participation in sales budgeting and forecasting using global sales planning system.
- Monitor monthly turnover and orders trend with respect to budget
- Business Development on potential new customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management Engineering or Economics/ Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel and power point) and CRM software (Salesforce mainly)
- Base knowledge in SAP, PowerBI
- English fluent

EXPERIENCES:

- Experience in sales analysis: thesis or Sales experience preferably within the automotive industry.
- International job experience
