Ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nell’area **Back Office e Supply Chain** che avrà un ruolo centrale nella gestione operativa dei clienti e dei fornitori, garantendo efficienza, precisione e supporto continuo alle attività aziendali.

**Mansioni principali**
- Gestione anagrafiche**:codifica fornitori, clienti e articoli**.
- Utilizzo avanzato di **Excel** per analisi, report e gestione dati.
- Supporto al team commerciale**:generazione delle offerte**.
- Controllo e aggiornamento delle **giacenze di magazzino** e attività di **stock management**.
- **Pianificazione e gestione dei flussi di approvvigionamento**, sia con ordini aperti a ritiro programmato che con approvvigionamenti senza cadenza fissa.
- **Pianificazione approvvigionamenti** in base a venduto e uscite merci.
- **Ricezione e inserimento ordini** clienti.
- **Richieste di quotazione ai fornitori** (segnalati dal Technical Procurement).
- **Emissione ordini ai fornitori** (segnalati dal Technical Procurement).
- **Customer Support**: gestione telefonate, risposte alle richieste dei clienti, supporto operativo.

**Requisiti**
- **Ottima conoscenza di Excel** (tabelle pivot, formule avanzate, gestione database).
- Precisione, capacità organizzativa e orientamento ai dettagli.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di **back office, supply chain, logística o amministrazione commerciale**.
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative, orientamento al cliente.
- Gradita conoscenza di software gestionali ERP.
