Panoramica:
**_ Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF)_**:

- è un’organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall’assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi._

Il tirocinio si svolgerà nell'ambito del Dipartimento Sviluppo Organizzativo, all’interno dell’area
**Risorse Umane**, ed avrà l’obiettivo di far acquisire al tirocinante competenze specifiche nell’ambito della gestione amministrativa e contrattuale delle risorse umane.

Responsabilità:
Partecipare alle attività di:

- Supporto nella gestione amministrativa dei dipendenti e collaboratori
- Supporto nella gestione dei contratti dei dipendenti e dei collaboratori
- Supporto nella revisione delle Job description

Qualifiche:

- Laurea e percorso di studi attinenti agli obiettivi previsti dal tirocinio
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1)
- Conoscenze del pacchetto office
- Conoscenza base di diritto del lavoro e contrattualistica
- Ottime di pianificazione e organizzazione
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- Pensiero analitico
- Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF

**Condizioni**:

- ** Disponibilità**: full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
- ** Sede**: via Magenta 5 - 00185 Roma. La modalità di stage attualmente prevista è mista (in presenza e da remoto).
- ** Inizio**: il prima possibile
- ** Durata**: 6 mesi
- ** Tipologia**: il tirocinio sarà attivato come curriculare o extracurriculare a seconda del profilo identificato. Il relativo rimborso spese sarà definito in base alla tipologia di tirocinio applicata.
