Robotic Process Automation Expert

**About the Role**: As Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expert, your mission will be to redesign and automate processes through robotics, while increasing quality and decreasing costs. Among with your cross-functional innovation RPA team, you will identify processes that can be automatized or re-engineered; furthermore, you will cooperate with technical teams in order to create robots, and will assure the robots keep working properly and deliver results. Strongly results-oriented, problem-solver and able of lateral thinking, you will take on new challenges with innovation, speed and simplicity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Work with different teams to get relevant insights about existing processes; - Analyze processes from different points of view in order to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate automation feasibility; - Prioritize different processes based on cost/benefit analysis in order to maximize the return on automation investments; - Create detailed briefs and work with IT colleagues and external providers to build best in class robots; - Monitor active robots to ensure that they are working properly and planned results are delivered; - Deliver best in class robots in order to make Vodafone the most automatized company in the market; - Respect the quality standards and reach relevant KPI and operational targets; - Analyse and test, together with IT colleagues, novel intelligent automation solutions and technologies (including OCR, AI, ML, NLP, etc.) in order to drive innovation and operational excellence. **Key Skills**: - Experience in at least one RPA project; - Knowledge of at least one RPA platform like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, etc.; - Passion for automation, robotics, digital and innovation; - "Customer Obsessed" approach with a personal passion for processes Team player, analytics mindset, highly flexible; - Fluent both in Italian and English.
