**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while ensuring that all team members are aligned on project objectives and priorities
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective action as needed in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, any potential challenges, and any proposed changes to the project plan
- Ensure that projects are completed to a high standard of quality and within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline
- Identify and implement best practices for project management and continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
- Travel on-site whenever needed during any project phase.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is considered a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a technical environment
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English fluency is required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- experience with agile project management methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- experience in the Marine industry is considered a plus
