The Talent Acquisition function is **global**, giving you the opportunity to contribute to cross-border projects and support hiring needs across multiple countries. **What You’ll Do**: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in drafting job descriptions. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information. - Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics. - Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional tasks as needed. **What You’ll Need**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, foreign languages or a related field. - Full professional fluency in **French** **(essential)** and a strong command of **English**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to integrate in a workgroup whose activities are directed towards multinational and multicultural environments; - Desire to get involved and to share innovative ideas - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. - Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required. **What We Offer**: - **A 6-month internship contract**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment. - Career development and growth opportunities. - Engaging and collaborative team culture. **Where will you work**: Palazzo Leonardo office, Turin, Italy Pay: €1,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you fluent in French? - Are you available for an internship?
