**Agenzia che si occupa di produzioni audiovisive**:
Ricerca una risorsa per **Operation Management.** A supporto della Direzione sarà ogni giorno occupato a cooperare allo sviluppo di progetti da proporre a potenziali clienti e svolgerà attività che garantiranno il corretto funzionamento dei processi aziendali.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ**:

- Organizzare tutte le attività di pianificazione e produzione audiovisiva (distribuire, organizzare, monitorare e controllare tutte le attività nel loro ambito);
- Seguire ed organizzare le attività di shooting delle produzioni audiovisive su territorio nazionale ed internazionale (attivazione casting, gestione convocazioni, sopralluoghi, logística, monitoraggio attività di set)
- Ottenere un adeguato e costante livello di efficienza dei reparti, intervenendo sull’organizzazione degli stessi in tutti i suoi aspetti: risorse, flusso e correttezza dei materiali, aspetti procedurali
- Contribuisce allo sviluppo dei piani creativi e delle attività funzionali alla realizzazione dei servizi commercializzati dalla società;
- Partecipa alla stesura dei budget di progetto e ne monitora l’attuazione
- Estrae informazioni utili allo sviluppo delle campagne di marketing raccogliendo dati, mantenendo reportistiche con presentazioni e dashboard

**REQUISITI**:

- Elevate capacità organizzative e gestionali (nel rispetto degli obiettivi, dei tempi costi e metodi);
- Conoscenza Eccellente del Pacchetto Office
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
- Predisposizione al problem solving;
**COSTITUISCONO TITOLO PREFERENZIALE**:

- Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in materie umanistiche o finanziario-economiche;
- Esperienza anche mínima nel ruolo;
- Padronanza dei software creativi Adobe Master Collection;
- Conoscenza del software Celtx
