How You Will Learn and Grow
- Data Analysis: you will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the supply chain to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas of efficiency.
- Stock Optimization: you will effectively manage stocks, minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Performance Monitoring: you will define, establish and maintain reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance.
- Interfunctional Collaboration: you will work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement Implementation: you will identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize the supply chain.
- You will support Production Planning team in Machine programming, control production progress, supply and warehouse analysis.

What You’ll Add to The Team
- You have a degree or Master in STEM or Economics.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- You are passionate about Supply Chain.
- You have excellent relational skills towards stakeholders of different seniority.
- You are a problem solver.
- You have a hands-on approach in developing innovative solutions to generate insights for top management, enabling fact-based, agile decision processes.
- You are fluent in Italian and English.
