UX Specialist

**Responsibilities**:As a UX Specialist / Feature Owner you will join one of our cross-component scrum teams, and work hands-on on UX Design, product definition and development.
Depending on company needs you’ll be working as
- UX specialist - focusing on user satisfaction, ensuring that the product fulfills the users needs with user research, design/prototyping, usability testing and data analysis (with Firebase and Google Analytics as main tools)
- Feature Owner - working collaboratively with the PO, describing functionality, interacting actively and day by day with the development teams, participating in product discovery and strategy work, and helping evaluate feedback

We like T shaped persons and we'll work together to help you grow your skills according to your personal attitude, inclination, and interests.

**How do we work**:We work in cross-platform scrum teams.
Our sprint lasts 2 weeks, we define product requirements with design sprints and closely follow the development cycle of our developers.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Smart and proactive attitude
- Genuine interest in UX and user research
- Good level of English (you will work in an international team)

**Bonus Points**:

- Skills in copywriting or UX writing
- Some level of experience with data analysis tools such as Firebase
- UX design experience

**Additional Information**:The majority of the team is located in Pavia (Italy), we'd be happy to have you work from our offices there. But we have people in Leiria (Portugal), Ukraine, Germany and in the USA, so this can be a remote position as well.
