Coperion is looking for a New Equipment Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brazil As a New Equipment Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and ensuring the achievement of sales targets related to new equipment and integrated solutions. This role is essential for developing strategies that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Work You’ll Do- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on new products and solutions to increase market share.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align launch and promotional strategies.- Train and educate the sales team on the features and benefits of new equipment and systems.- Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Participate in leadership meetings and present results and projections to management.
Basic Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in the sales of equipment and comprehensive systems- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and leverage sales data effectively- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring the team to meet objectives.
