Logistics - Cross Trade - Junior

We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Procurement & Logistics Team.

**Job Title**: Cross Trade - Junior

**Location**: Buttrio (UD)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan shipments, on the basis of information from Sister Plants, for the following types of flows:

- ‘Direct’ shipment from ‘local supplier’ to Company Demand (Sister Plant);
- Intercompany flows;
- Inbound flows OH and OE flows;
- Analyze transport requests and all available documents related to project (e.g. contracts);
- Manage transport services, contacting suppliers and carriers;
- Coordinate with Sister Plant Traffic & Customs for transportation to plant;
- Coordinate with Sister Plant Traffic & Customs and Logistics PM for shipments to site;
- Coordinate with Materials Manager for intercompany shipments from plant to Sister plant;
- Collect all the documents needed (e.g. certificates, etc.);
- Transmit all documents to carrier and to Sister Plants;
- Coordinate external hubs in order to organize shipment;
- Create trans and packing list (not for direct shipments to plant);
- Create invoices in case needed for import / export activities (i.e. for shipments by air);
- Manage export activities, together with Sister Plants and forwarder;
- Ensure the completeness of the documental set needed for export activities;
- Communicate with sister plants about estimated arrivals;

**Technical Requirements**:

- Background in economics or business administration;
- Basic knowledge of customs and invoicing;
- Basic knowledge of International trade;
- Basic knowledge of project management;
- Good IT skills;
- Good fluency in written and spoken English.

Procurement and logistics are involved within the whole process of project management at Danieli: from pre-projects to execution and supplier quality management, in order to secure company’s profitability and leading market position.
