**We are looking for a renowned London restaurant chain**:
Cook

Even though kitchen employees may not come into direct contact with guests, their responsibilities are fundamental to the restaurant’s success

**Main activities**:

- Receiving and ordering product.
- Making prep recipes and menu products
- Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the line;
- Performing opening, closing, and side duties - setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo stations;
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room, and back dock;
- Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine.
- Acting as a liaison between the heart-of-the-house and front-of-the-house staff.
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency.
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.

**Contractual agreement**:

- Inital supply contract of about 3 months, with following direct hiring by the company
- Full-time;
- Workplace: centre of Milan;
- Starting date: June
