Noi di **Medi Store S.r.l.** siamo un'azienda operante nel settore della GDO da oltre 20 anni e siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire come **Responsabile delle Risorse Umane** all’interno del nostro gruppo di lavoro presso i nostri uffici amministrativi in **Caserta**.
**Ruolo e Responsabilità**:
- Gestione ed organizzazione Punti Vendita in supporto al Direttore Vendite;
- Gestione delle attività amministrative legate al contratto di lavoro ed alle relative pratiche amministrative (assunzione, onboarding, cessazione del rapporto di lavoro);
- Gestione Presenze e verifica della corretta organizzazione della forza lavoro dei negozi (budget/costo del lavoro);
- Archiviazione e gestione documentale;
- Confronto con consulenti e fornitori esterni relativamente all’elaborazione dei cedolini e delle pratiche amministrative;
- Manutenere rapporti con Enti (INPS, INAIL, centri per l’impiego)
- Gestione del contenzioso e del disciplinare aziendale;
- Sviluppo di tematiche relative al Welfare dipendenti;
- Collaborazione con società di recruiting e APL.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o in materie economiche, esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di 4 - 5 anni preferibilmente nell'ambito della GDO;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di performance review e dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Capacità logiche, analitiche e di problem solving.
Completano il profilo la disponibilità alle frequenti trasferte sul territorio regionale.
