Sevio S.r.l. è una società specializzata in tecnologie per la comunicazione in ambito industriale. Unisce competenze specifiche nel campo del IT Networking e Internet providing oltre ad una esperienza ventennale nel settore dell'automazione e dei processi.
A seguito di una costante crescita stiamo potenziando il nostro dipartimento Support e siamo alla ricerca di un Support Network Specialist.
La posizione
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Team Support e si occuperà principalmente di trouble ticketing inerente al network dei nostri prodotti.
Avrà anche una serie di task sistemistici infrastrutturali.
Competenze richieste:
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza come support network
- ottima conoscenza networking
- buona conoscenza firewalling
- buona conoscenza virtualizzazione (preferibile Proxmox)
- buona conoscenza cloud (Azure, GCP)
- esperienza nel supporto agli utenti
- buon livello di inglese
Nice to have:
- conoscenze RouterOS e OpenWRT
- certificazioni network
- buona conoscenza sistemi di monitoraggio (preferibile Zabbix)
Soft skills:
Si ricerca una persona orientata al lavoro di squadra, con una buona propensione verso i colleghi del team e gli utenti da supportare.
Deve essere dinamica e flessibile con orientamento al Problem Solving e al risultato.
Deve essere autonoma nelle proprie mansioni.
Senso di responsabilità verso le proprie mansioni e proattività verso nuove tematiche e progetti.
La curiosità e la ricerca di nuove soluzioni e/o ottimizzazioni da proporre completano la figura da ricercare.
Si offre:
assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Inquadramento e RAL commisurati all'effettiva esperienza (range RAL 30k
- 40k).

Stipendio: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
