Our client is an Italian multinational company leader in **formulating and manufacturing high-end chemical raw material**.
Customers are major Italian and foreign industrial companies.
For the upgrading of the **Sales Department**, we are seeking:
**BACK OFFICE SALES ASSISTANT**
**Posizione**:
**Main activities and responsibilities**
****
- Entering orders;
- Follow up on the status of deliveries in close collaboration with the logistics department;
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding delivery times and order status and consequent invoicing;
- Problem solving with regard to supply/delivery issues;
- Constantly liaising with the Italian Sales Network to communicate the status of orders and manage urgencies;
- Managing After-Sales, helping customers with their requests for private customers and realising customised offers for B2B;
- Reporting activities (Excel).
**Requisiti**:
The ideal Resource has at least 2 / 5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in medium-sized and international companies.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of the **English language (B2 - C1)**
- Experience in CRM / Sales Back Office management systems will be considered a plus.
Communication skills, customer focus, problem solving, and accuracy complete the profile.
