Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

Position

You will join Atlante as HSEQ Specialist, reporting to the Head of HSEQ Italy. You will have the responsibility of supporting HSEQ Italian team on Maintaining, Improving and Monitoring the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001.

As Specialist HSEQ with a technical background and a true passion and awareness on HSE&Sustainable topics, In addition you will support the HSEQ team on site visits aimed to verify the compliance on HSE Legislation and on non-conformities management recorded during installations and Operations&Maintenance activities.

You will work in synergy with the Global Head of HSEQ, and you will interact closely with our suppliers.

You will bring to Atlante a wealth of practical knowledge and hard skills, complemented by strong interpersonal skills, natural flare for team working, a positive and “can-do” attitude.

**Tasks**
- To plan, implement, coordinate and supervise HSE activities (internal for Atlante Team and external for suppliers which will perform site activities)
- To promote the “zero incident”
- To support the HSEQ team (Global and Italy) with local HSEQ Instructions/procedures
- To support the HSEQ team (Global and Italy) for developing and maintaining of the Integrated (HSEQ) management System
- To support for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)-selection, purchasing and delivery - and occupational medical tests needed to Atlante Team
- To assure the compliance of buildings/offices where Atlante Team works
- To perform HSEQ audit during site activities (installation and maintenance)
- To support the HSEQ Italy Manager for supplier’s contract management in terms of HSE requirements
- To support the HSEQ Italy Manager for updating the risk assessment (DVR)
- To assure the emergency management (evacuation building plan, etc.)
- To process and updating HSEQ KPI

**Requirements**:

- Technical or Engineering Degree
- Almost 3-5 years of experience on field construction activities as HSE supervisor
- Knowledge and management of HSE training and medical checks associated to every local Atlante’s technical profile
- Knowledge of local HSE requirements (e.g. training, certifications, etc,) to be hold by suppliers which perform activities for Atlante
- Knowledge on HSE legislation with focus on waste management, Health&Safety topics related to field activities to be compliant to “Tit.IV” and “Tit. I-art.26” of the D.Lgs. n.81/2008,
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards (Procedures, KPI, non-conformities management, continuous improving activities, KPIs updating, etc.)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Microsoft Office tools
- Experience on utilities infrastructures with electrical risks and certification as ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) will be appreciated
