Currently seeking **Italian Life Sciences Service Manager**who will be responsible for Manage and drive service team provide excellent support to our customers and drive service to business revenue.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- _ Customer Satisfaction in all aspects of the job_
- _ Understands customer perception and the associated business impacts_
- _ Drives a sense of urgency in the Team to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly_
- _ Drive and control all KPI assigned to the team_
- _ Develop business to grant to reach the country target _
- _Develops the promotion/opportunity detection and consulting skills of team_

**The required qualifications for the job include**:

- _ Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent _
- _Proven Experience leading teams with more than 10 people_
- _ Ability to work in an organizational matrix and make decisions_
- _ Fluent in Italian and English_

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- _ Proved experience managing team working on scientific instrument on life sciences or clinical market_
- _ Fluent in French_
