HR Group Organization Internship

For our HR Group Organization team, we are looking for a new graduate for a 6-months internship, based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).
You will have the opportunity to be part of the Group Total Rewards and Organization Team, learn about key HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment. As an active member of the Corporate HR team, this experience will also give you the chance to develop your talent in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise.
**Internship Objectives**
You will be the Key Referent for the Global HR Community for organizational processes guidelines, systems update, evaluations researches, organizational announcements and notes, Policies and Procedures. You will be responsible for:
- Actively contributing to the improvement, standardization, and design of organizational changes and company cross-functional and organizational processes, collaborating with all HRBPs cross functions and regions.
- Contributing to the functional processes reviews by analyzing models and accountabilities, designing and proposing reengineering and change management interventions as needed.
- Participating in the delivery of the company grading system by contributing to the evaluations analysis, managing daily activities such as systems updates and job evaluations requests.
- Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Engineering or similar
- A specialization in Human Resources and/or a relevant short experience in HR will be highly preferred
- International mindset / Studies or work experience abroad
- Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approach
- Very good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitude
- Internal customer orientation, proactivity, problem-solving, drive for results
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks, respecting deadlines
- Accuracy and analytical skills
- Highest standard of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent English. A good knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus
- Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
