Stiamo cercando un nuovo collega come Marketing e Sales Assistant con modalità di lavoro part-time con contratto indeterminato.

Il ruolo consiste nel supportare la nostra leader e il team di commerciali e marketing nelle loro attività giornaliere. Una parte del lavoro sarà svolta in sede e un'altra parte in remoto, collaborando con le altre sedi in Europa. In questo lavoro dinamico, sarà fondamentale rispettare la confidenzialità, esercitare discrezione e avere ottime capacità organizzative per gestire il flusso di lavoro.

Responsabilitá
- Supporto amministrativo:Fornire supporto amministrativo professionale a leader e team, gestendo la pianificazione di riunioni, la prenotazione di sale conferenze e la gestione dei visitatori.
- Gestione delle comunicazioni:Assicurare un corretto flusso di comunicazioni utilizzando la conoscenza della struttura organizzativa e dei processi aziendali. Dimostrare buone capacità di problem-solving, organizzazione e gestione del tempo
- Coordinamento viaggi e spese:Organizzare viaggi di lavoro nazionali e internazionali, preparare itinerari di viaggio e prenotare voli, auto, hotel e ristoranti. Completare e monitorare i report delle spese, risolvendo eventuali discrepanze e fornendo report al responsabile del budget.
- Miglioramento continuo: Partecipare attivamente ai progetti e completare i progetti in modo indipendente, trovando modi per migliorare l'efficienza del team. Mantenere e aggiungere documenti nei siti SharePoint e Teams, agendo come punto focale per l'attrezzatura técnica dell'ufficio.
- Relazioni e formazione: Costruire rapporti appropriati e relazioni efficaci all'interno dell'organizzazione, comprendendo e rispondendo alle preoccupazioni degli altri. Insegnare e formare altri sull'uso delle attrezzature e dei sistemi software standard dell'ufficio, mantenendo documenti e registri in conformità con le linee guida aziendali.

Requisiti
- Un diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
- 3+ anni di esperienza in azienda internazionale con team remoti
- Disponibilita’ a lavorare part time
- Livello avanzato di lingua Inglese

Le tue competenze
- Capacita’ organizzative e di pianificazione e gestione agenda
- Buono utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
- Comunicazione efficace, Organizzazione e Gestione del tempo, Problem-solving, Adattabilitá, Collaborazione e lavoro di squadra
