" **UniSalute **, Compagnia del Gruppo Unipol prima Assicurazione Sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di un **Customer Satisfaction Manager **da inserire all’interno dell’ **Area Operations e Innovation **, a cui affidare l’avvio della nuova unità operativa dedicata al monitoraggio del livello di soddisfazione del cliente finale sui servizi offerti attraverso i nuovi canali distributivi. In particolare, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività: - Impostazione delle analisi finalizzate al monitoraggio della Customer Satisfaction; - Coordinamento con le funzioni coinvolte alla verifica dei processi interni al fine di migliorare i valori delle rilevazioni; - Presidio ed analisi del flusso dei dati e della reportistica derivanti dalle survey; - Confronto con le funzioni coinvolte dalle rilevazioni dei dati, in ottica di miglioramento della Customer Experience. **REQUISITI RICHIESTI**: - Laurea magistrale in Economia Aziendale o Scienze Statistiche conseguita con ottima votazione; - Esperienza professionale di almeno 3/4 anni in ruoli analoghi maturata presso società di consulenza o presso aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni; - Buone capacità di ricerca delle informazioni, analisi, sintesi e attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di progetti; - Capacità comunicative, negoziali, relazionali e di lavoro in team, completano il profilo abitudine a lavorare in contesti fortemente dinamici. - Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, con particolare focus su soluzioni CRM e pacchetto Office.
