As the Global Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will be gathering, analyzing, and distributing intelligence on core Therapeutic Areas, key indications, products, market conditions and competitors for business decision-making. You will be developing innovative solutions from complex problems, providing periodic CI reporting, executive summaries, making presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, data integration and data analysis techniques, as well as strong analytical and market understanding skills. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Global Commercial and Product Analytics Insights (GCPA), Portfolio, Medical, Clinical Trials and Commercial stakeholders, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of competitive intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:

- Acting as a competitive intelligence (CI) expert in developing and delivering regular CI analyses, insights and reporting, including executive summary, disease overview, epidemiology, industry events, market size and growth, competitive landscape, clinical environment, opportunity assessment, etc.
- Partnering across Global Portfolio, Medical, Clinical Trials and key Commercial Teams to ensure delivery of targeted CI deliverables to meet or exceed internal partner/stakeholder objectives.
- Supporting the collection of CI from internal and external sources and undertaking the synthesis and dissemination of this information to support decision-making.
- Promoting and maintaining best practice CI, supporting the coordination of the assigned Therapeutic Area.
- Partnering with Global Commercial and Product Analytics Brand Insights Team to support global brand teams on key strategic decision-making, while managing internal CI and other relevant vendor relationships and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database of events and knowledge repository that supports decision-making across the organization, including industry events, trends, and market changes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Global Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights, for daily tasks and ad-hoc requests to improve and expand the Competitive Intelligence capability within the company.

The Qualifications for This Role Are
- University degree in Business / Marketing / Economics or Science or a related field (MBA or other post graduate degree is a plus)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in competitive intelligence and data analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical and healthcare setting.
- Strong technical skills, including prior preferred experience in IQVIA tools, (such as Midas and Forecast Link), Tableau, and data processing CI and epidemiology tools. Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge are also required to be able to build and discuss periodic presentations and spreadsheets for the main stakeholders. Ability to easily pick up new tools and technologies.
- Project management experience and Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify main current and future market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative CI techniques and projects, experience includes past responsibilities for integrating and synthesizing findings from multiple sources to enable informed strategic decision-making and business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in English.
