**Job Summary**:

- Contract Type: Permanent contract
- Contract Duration: permanent

- Salary Range: 28.000 - 30.000 RAL

- _Implementation of the marketing plan and artistic direction defined by headquarters._
- _Coordination of photo and video productions (professional shoots)._
- _Community management: creating daily stories, reels, feed + responding to comments/messages + preparation of monthly KPIs reports._
- _Content creation: photos/videos and editing._
- _Organizing press and influencer stays._
- _Responding to online reviews (Google and TripAdvisor)._
- _Designing certain marketing materials for the hotel and point of sales (flyers, brochures, special menus, internal newsletters, etc.)._
- _Updating the Airelles app and in-room TV content._
- _Conducting competitive monitoring of other 5-star hotels, restaurants, and new concepts in Venice and the surrounding areas._

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality Management.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hotels or premium brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and sensitivity to luxury standards and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
