Seed to Skin Tuscany is a rapidly expanding natural skincare luxury brand. Produced in our in-house state of the art lab at the Borgo Santo Pietro estate in Tuscany, Seed to Skin is a unique skincare range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature.
To assist our rapidly growing company, we are seeking a Global Trainer with a passion for science and holistic beauty and an in-depth knowledge of the skincare industry who will be the custodian of Seed to Skin’s integrity, treatments, and products to ensure that accurate and clear information is imparted at all times. Furthermore, the Global Trainer will be expected to provide exceptional training, treatments and retail to all of our accounts worldwide to our 5-star standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train at all levels of STS treatments and products while keeping updated on all new techniques or changes to procedures and to provide the support team with any recommendations or improvements to the training documents.
- Organize and execute training sessions for STS treatments and products both face-to-face and online, for therapists and other professionals that work with the STS brand.
- Ensure that accurate and practical training notes are prepared and distributed during training sessions and that they are regularly updated.
- Create accurate evaluation reports for all therapists upon completion of their course and any other relevant documentation required.
- Contribute to the development and update of Training documents and Treatment Protocols based on product and industry knowledge and input from the Founders and Creative Director.
- Submit correct expenses, and Training Reports to include the names of the therapists trained and the training they received for each course, for all on-site training and at the end of each course, to include products used during training, and any suggested follow-up order. This must be submitted within one week of completion of training.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body)
- You will have a genuine interest in Holistic Therapies including Hot Stones, Chakra’s and Crystals.
- Ideally, you will have worked in a 5-star spa environment as a Head Therapist, Trainer or Spa Manager.
- Be confident in training and communicating to teams who are multi-lingual/cultural.
- Ability to think outside the box and deal with unexpected situations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full, clean driving licence
- Full passport with no restrictions
- Fluent English is mandatory.
This role involves extensive overseas travel
