And we need people like you to make it happen._ **Job Summary**: We are looking for a Sales and Customer Management professional who will be responsible for selling production equipment and solutions for Dairy / Cheese production to our customers in South Europe. You will be based in Monza (MI), Italy **What you will do**: As our Processing Account Manager, you will be responsible for: - Driving Opportunity Management and Sales of equipment or lines in different food categories (e.g. Cheese, Dairy Processing and Ice Cream, including responsibility for sales budget and margins - Building a strong relationship with assigned customers - Providing inputs to the development of the new products and participate in industrialization of new products - Coordinating Business Intelligence with continuous studies and support ad hoc studies development - Reporting of the market situation: won and lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities - Securing a seamless and transparent collaboration with other functions in the company **We believe you have**: We expect you to have: - Bachelors degree in Dairy / Cheese Engineering / Technology (preferred) - Commercial experience: minimum 2 years experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing - Experience of key account management is preferred - Ability to travel extensively within Italy (>40%) - Fluency in English and Italian - Excellent communication skills - Good presentation skills - Positive, can-do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset - Ability to work individually and a good team player - Excellent sales & negotiations skill As a person you are: - Dynamic, self - determined, independently decision maker, business driven manager, proactive vs reactive approach - Able to adapt and change of directions fast - Deal with uncertainty and can view different perspectives to problem solving - Analytical & strategic thinking professional **We Offer You** - A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape - A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results - An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion - Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements This job posting expires on** 13th April
