Internship - Private Debt Milan - June 2023

**Missions**:
You will be a support to the Private Debt team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Debt transactions.
Main tasks include:
- Studying and analysing activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies;
- Updating financial models and presentations;
- Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;
- Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses.
**Profile**:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Finance,
- Previous experience in M&A Investment Banking and/or Private Equity or Private Debt Funds,
- Native in Italian and fluent in English,
- Good knowledge of Excel (Financial Modelling) and Power Point,
- Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- International mindset, exchange abroad program is a plus.
**This start date is slightly flexible depending on your profile.**
