**Area Sales Manager, North East Italy Sparex**
Within our sales team, we entrust you with the management of a promising sector: North East Italy. You will independently manage several regions (Tri Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Umbria & Marche) taking the reins of an already solid portfolio of customers.This mobile position (80% of travel) with multiple trips and numerous meetings, will give you the opportunity to develop solid and lasting ties with agricultural experts.
**What You Will Do**:
- Visit of current customers and prospection for new customers
- Organization of comprehensive tours in your area to increase our market shares.
- Presentation of new products, gathering order, refill of our corner shops
- Support and advice (promotion of products, shops, etc.),
- Reporting using our state of the art to help you improve your results
- Marketing (help promote product sale based on the season)
- Flagship and shop : from design to proper set up (including set up display stands and products) you'll increase our yet numerous Italian corner shops.
**What You Will Bring**:
- Education /Diploma /Degree in Agriculture /Agricultural Engineering /Agronomy or equivalent working experience
- 2-5 years of Business Experience as Sales Rep or Area Sales Manager in agricultural or similar fields
- High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- Fluency in both Written & Spoken ITALIAN
- Good level of English knowledge
- Availability to travel: travelling is 80% of time
**Who You Are**
- Good communication skills both spoken and written
- Ability to speak and present in front of both small and large audiences
**A Plus If You Have**
- ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH is a PLUS
