**Papillon Milano 1990**, azienda leader settore **Catering e Banqueting**, con sede a Milano, ricerca uno/a Food & Beverage Manager per prestigioso ristorante in centro città.

Riportando al titolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Organizzazione, direzione del servizio del ristorante
- Gestione degli orari, reclutamento, formazione e monitoraggio delle prestazioni del personale
- Acquisto e controllo dell’inventario
- Monitoraggio di entrate e spese
- Mantenimento delle norme di salute e sicurezza
- Negoziazione degli accordi con i fornitori per prodotti alimentari e bevande
- Negoziazione con cliente per l’utilizzo delle strutture per feste ed eventi
- Supervisione e supporto in sala durante il servizio

**Qualifiche**
- Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni, maturata in strutture di alta gamma o in ristoranti di livello
- Gradita esperienza certificata in contesto internazionale
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese
- Discreta conoscenza dei vini
- Doti relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, dedizione e passione per il mestiere, capacità organizzative e gestione della pressione, sono elementi chiave per la valutazione del profilo

**Informazioni aggiuntive**

Si offre contratto di lavoro a tempo pieno / tempo indeterminato.

Inquadramento commisurato al livello di esperienza maturato.

Concrete possibilità di crescita professionale in un gruppo solido ed in forte espansione.

Si richiede disponibilità 6/7, flessibilità a lavorare in caso di eventi organizzati all’interno del ristornate, serale e diurno.

Si richiede disponibilità immediata. Sede di lavoro Milano centro.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.500,00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
