Our client is a leading international and national company in the entertainment and gaming sector.

In order to strengthen the organisation within the Retail Operations department, we are looking for a

Warehouse Manager Northern Sites

**Posizione**:

- You will join the Warehouse & Inventory team within the Retail Operations Department by reporting directly into the Warehouse & Inventory Manager;
- You will be responsible for the processes, procedures, warehouse optimisation and effective and efficient operation of three warehouse sites, two in Lombardy and one in Friuli.
- You will coordinate a team of more than 12 employees focusing on:

- Managing incoming and outgoing goods, storing materials on pallets and shelves, internal handling within laboratories, and external handling to other sites/technical networks/points of sale, optimizing space, labeling and recording items, conducting and ensuring physical and system inventories, and disposing of obsolete or surplus materials;
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs and the related Budget;
- Projects for revising, enhancing, and digitalizing internal processes as well as improving environmental sustainability (e.g., disposal of scrap) are crucial.

**Requisiti**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management;
- You preferably have a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics);
- You have excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and processes, project management, SAP, MS Excel, and process analysis;
- You have a good level of both spoken and written English and Italian;
- You are proactive, flexible, resilient, innovative and reliable;
- You know how lead a team, managing projects and people, proposing solutions and communicating with stakeholders.
