Per azienda cliente, realtà strutturata operante nella produzione, installazione e manutenzione di impanti industriali con casa madre austriaca e una sede di riferimento per attività estese al mercato nazionale ed estero in provincia di Venezia, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Spare Parts Specialist.
**Responsibilities**
La figura, riportando al Responsabile Service e dopo adeguata formazione interna si occuperà con crescente autonomia delle seguenti attività:
- Analisi del claim attraverso lettura degli schemi macchina e individuazione delle componentistica richiesta;
- Effettuazione della richiesta materiali presso la sede centrale e inserimento dell'ordine a sistema;
- Formulazione offerta al cliente;
- Gestione comunicazioni a supporto del cliente.
**Your Profile**
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Formazione técnica, preferibilmente a indirizzo elettro-meccanico;
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione schemi macchina lato meccanico, pneumatico ed elettrico;
- Esperienza anche breve nella gestione di attività di service rivolta a macchinari complessi in contesto internazionale;
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese; gradita la conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
Completano il profilo elevate doti organizzative, buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, attitudine al lavoro di team.
