- The Miu Miu HQ Visual Merchandiser will collaborate closely with the WW Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing and maintaining store windows and interiors, aligning with brand guidelines and creative direction to drive sales growth and uphold brand identity.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in setting up and maintaining captivating window displays and interiors tailored to individual store types.
- Address unique visual merchandising challenges, adapting displays to accommodate store sizes and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategy with business objectives.
- Work with the Retail Merchandising Department to curate market-appropriate outfits based on season and available stock.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards across all locations.
- Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising personnel.
- Coordinate with the Communication Department for in-store events and press presentations as needed.

- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
