For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a **Temporary Accounting Specialist**.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Account Receivable:
- Record of active invoices, fiscal control and creation of the electronic invoice for Agenzia delle Entrate (via SAP)
- Weekly control on the match between shipment documents and invoices
- Digital archive of invoices
- Monthly preparation documents for INTRA declaration
Financial customer management
- Periodical overview of the ageing clients
- Organization of a monthly meeting to discuss open positions with Commercial Directors and CFO.
- Management of open positions directly with customers
Account Payable Controls
- Internal control on Purchase Order procedure - monthly check on invoices recorded without a PO number, validity and consistency of the approval matrix
Fleet Mangement
Statistical questionnaires
- Match the deadlines off all the statical mandatory questionnaires, getting in touch with the right Manager to collect appropriate feedback
Creation of Supplier master data
General Accounting
Records for monthly reporting
WHAT ARE YOU
à 2+ experience
à Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or related field
à Experience in General Accounting and specifically in Account Receivable topics.
à Strong Knowledge of main IT tools, in particular Excel, Word, SAP
à Knowledge of VAT issues (mainly related to active invoicing) plus Italian accounting standards and IAS/IFRS
à Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
à Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
