**Your key areas of responsibility as a Researcher**:

- Student recruitment, career fairs and guest lectures

Contribute to the team's knowledge and development
- An interest in the Talent Acqusition field and desire to learn more
- A bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology or similar
- A structured way of working and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English

**It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be**:

- Experience with recruitment from part time job, internship or similar
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**What we offer you**:
