Production Supervisor

La Sisecam Flat Glass Italy ricerca, per implementare l'organico, 3 Production supervisor.
Riportando direttamente al Production Manager, le figure si occuperanno di:
- coordinare i tecnici, gli ingegneri e gli addetti alla produzione del reparto di competenza;
- monitorare il corretto andamento del processo produttivo;
- pianificare, presidiare e verificare le attività degli operatori e le operazioni di pulizia dell’area di competenza;
- gestire verifiche e controlli anche a mezzo checklist dell’impianto e delle aree di competenza;
- monitorare costantemente l’andamento dei reparti e risolvere gli eventuali problemi;
- definire e promuovere azioni di miglioramento dei processi lavorando a stretto contatto con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- formazione ed addestramento del personale.
Le figure dovranno essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Precedente esperienza in mansioni similari di almeno 5 anni presso realtà produttive manifatturiere, con lavorazioni a caldo e preferibilmente a ciclo continuo;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua italiana;
- leadership, gestione del personale, problem solving e capacità decisionale
La conoscenza del gestionale S/4HANA verrà considerata un plus.

Pay: €50,000.00 - €55,000.00 per year
