**Sales Development Representative (Remote - Nearshore Preferred)**:
**Job Title**: Sales Development Representative

**Hours**: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
**Compensation**: $1,300 per month + Commission

**Position Overview**:
The **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** plays a vital role in **bridging the Sales and Marketing teams**. This position focuses on **identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and managing outreach efforts**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update **CRM systems** to track lead interactions.
- Book **qualified appointments** for Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers.
- Assist in executing **outbound prospecting strategies** and marketing campaigns.
- Provide **weekly reports** on lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all **lead management activities**.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of** 2 years** of experience in **Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role**.
- Strong ability to **conduct cold calls and convert leads into appointments**.
- Experience working with **CRM systems and marketing automation platforms**.
- Excellent **organizational and time management skills**.
- Strong verbal and written **English communication skills** (near-native proficiency preferred).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher)**.
- Ability to **manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow a structured sales cadence**.
- ** Self-motivated and results-driven**, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **IT services or professional services sales**.
- Background in **small business sales development**.
- Familiarity with **database management and lead research**.
