IGT is the global leader in gaming. We deliver entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players across all channels and regulated segments.

We're looking for HR organizational & compensation junior analyst for our HR Department located in Romer.

**Main Activities**:

- Study of the developed model;
- Analysis and study of the Organization DB;
- Reporting and supporting KPIs
- Independent production of the defined reports and cross-referencing with the Organization DB
- Presentation of possible implementation ideas
- Assistance in the implementation of the model
- Help in implementing the people dashboard at the global level Help in managing the job evaluation project at the global level
- Help in managing the job evaluation project at the global level
- Support the reporting team in day-to-day activities and, in particular focus on role management and reporting to support

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in economicsData Study and Analysis
-Knowledge and use of xls at an advanced level
-Systems aptitude (will learn to use other systems such as orgvue and tableau)
-Teamworking and collaboration
- Smart Working possible for this position.
