**ATTIVITÀ**
- Gestire i lead cross-channel, guidando i potenziali studenti e le loro famiglie lungo tutto il loro percorso fino all'iscrizione;
- Supportare la progettazione, pianificazione e realizzazione di eventi di awareness e recruiting (open day), presentazioni (roadshow) ed eventi commerciali (fiere scolastiche)
- Supportare il Management nell'analisi, gestione e reportistica di dati e statistiche strutturati e nel monitoraggio e pianificazione delle attività della divisione di Marketing, Sales and Admissions
- Supportare il Management nell'interazione con gli altri dipartimenti (marketing, accademico, etc) per identificare e raccogliere le esigenze e le richieste di studenti e potenziali studenti per migliorare ed integrare i contenuti marketing, le campagne e in ottica di ottimizzazione del prodotto

**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**
- Ottime capacità di scrittura e comunicative orientate alla vendita e al supporto dei clienti
- Ottime capacità organizzative e analitiche che consentano di gestire correttamente la routine quotidiana e i target lavorativi
- Capacità di interagire con i potenziali clienti e di fornire loro assistenza e supporto
- Capacità di negoziazione e ben sviluppate soft skills
- Capacità di lavorare in team, orientamento ai risultati e fiducia nelle proprie capacità di raggiungere e superare i propri obiettivi
