**Junior Legal Counsel (Part-time 24 hours per week)**

**Your Role at MX3D**:
As a Legal Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, ensuring that MX3D stays on track legally while helping us navigate contracts, agreements, and regulations. You’ll collaborate with external legal agencies, manage internal and external compliance, and review critical legal documents like contracts and NDAs to keep everything running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Partnerships**: Build strong relationships with external legal partners
- **Document Management**: Assist in preparing, editing, and ensuring the quality of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation.
- **Legal Research**: Conduct research and help prepare legal insights on various matters.
- **Compliance Expert**: Be the go-to person for ensuring legal compliance within the company.
- **RFQ Review**: Analyze requests for quotes from a legal standpoint.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Law degree, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a legal assistant role or similar.
- A strong interest in working in a commercial, innovative environment.
- The ability to stay updated on evolving legal practices and regulations.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
