**Was dich bei uns erwartet...**:

- Die Arbeit an zwei spannende Apps: _Focus Online_ und _Finanzen100_
- Abwechslungsreiche Projekte, digitale Lösungen für Plattformen/Applikationen, du gestaltest aus komplexen Informationen anwenderfreundliche Applikationen
- Entwicklung von interaktiven Prototypen um UX-Hypothesen zu evaluieren
- Du schreibst Aufgaben-Tickets im Scrum-Prozess für unsere Entwickler:innen und erstellst daraus User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
- Du betreust dein Projekt von der Umsetzung bis hin zum Live-Produkt inkl.Testing
- Du beteiligst dich an der Definition von Projektzielen im OKR - Zyklus
- Agile Rapid-Prototyping-Methoden - von schnellen MVP- Lösungen bis zum pixelgenauen Clickdummy
- Du interpretierst Nutzungsdaten (bspw. Usability Tests, A/B Tests, JTBD) und leitest daraus die richtigen Schlussfolgerungen ab

**Was wir uns von dir wünschen...**:

- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im UX/UI Design
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen wie FIGMA oder Sketch, Adobe XD sowie in Prototyping
- und agilen Tools (White Board Tools wie z.B. Mural oder Miro)
- Grafische Expertise und ein sehr gutes Gefühl für UX und Joy of Use um Themen in verständlichen visuellen Content zu übersetzen
- Bereitschaft und Motivation, sich stetig in neue Themen und Tools einzuarbeiten und damit immer wieder gemeinsam neue Projekte zu gestalten
- Selbständiges sowie teamorientiertes Arbeiten
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, hast Spaß an interdisziplinärer Team-Arbeit und erfüllst deine Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft
- Du verfügst ggf. über Kenntnisse mit dem Tool Jira, damit du einfacher in useren Scrum Prozess einsteigen kannst
- Du kommunizierst auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen professionell in deutscher und englischer Sprache
