Per importante Azienda in zona Monselice (PD) cerchiamo n. 1 **E- COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.**

La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team Digital, supporterà nella gestione operativa e nel coordinamento delle attività quotidiane del sito e nella relazione con i clienti, occupandosi delle seguenti attività:

- Fornire soluzioni su misura in modo proattivo ed efficace
- Monitorare il flusso degli ordini per garantirne la consegna entro i tempi prestabiliti, sia del canale online diretto che di piattaforme marketplace
- Monitorare i feedback dei clienti e la gestione delle recensioni
- Gestire eventuali reclami
- Monitorare l'andamento con analisi periodica dei KPI

Si richiede conoscenza delle dinamiche E-Commerce operations, esperienza maturata nell'assistenza al cliente in aziende E-Commerce o agenzie specializzate in servizi di Customer Care, capacità di ascolto, precisione nello svolgimento delle attività.

Completa il profilo la conoscenza della piattaforma Salesforce.
