Il nostro Cliente è una BU di un primario Gruppo internazionale operante nel settore della componentistica per il mercati Trucks, Agricolture e Commercial Vehicles. Nell'ottica di ampliamento del loro team manageriale in ambito F&A, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Chief Accounting & Treasury Officer. **Posizione**: La risorsa, riportando al CFO di BU e con altri riporti funzionali, sia a livello local che global, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Assicurare la corretta e completa contabilizzazione di tutti i fatti contabili della società secondo i principi contabili di riferimento e, più in generale, Curare e presidiare tutto il processo contabile e amministrativo assicurando la puntualità e correttezza delle chiusure mensili; - Redigere la reportistica economico/finanziaria (giornaliera, mensile, trimestrale, semestrale ed il bilancio annuale, nonché la predisposizione di tutta l'informativa economico-finanziaria, prevista dalla normativa civilistica e dai principi contabili applicabili); - Gestire le attività finanziarie e di Tesoreria, ottimizzando il cash-flow anche in considerazione del meccanismo di cash pooling in essere con il Gruppo; contribuire al reperimento delle risorse ed alle relazioni con le banche; - Credit Management, sia verso gli enti centrali del Gruppo sia verso società esterne di assicurazione del credito; - Assicurare la corretta applicazione delle policy contabili e finanziarie di gruppo; - Gestire gli adempimenti e le scadenze fiscali con il supporto degli enti centrali del Gruppo; - Curare le relazioni con i consulenti esterni e con gli enti del Gruppo preposti per le problematiche normative societarie e fiscali; - Gestire il rapporto con i revisori contabili e - sotto un profilo contabile e finanziario - clienti e fornitori; - Assicurare l'elaborazione della reportistica periodica verso enti di controllo e regolatori (e.g. ISTAT); - Coordinare un team di circa 10 risorse **Requisiti**: Laurea in discipline economiche; Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo in aziende di medio-grandi dimensioni; Ottima conoscenza dei processi contabili/amministrativi e di tesoreria, del pacchetto office e degli ERP/tool digitali per la gestione corporate dedicati anche alla funzione specifica; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che perlata, che del linguaggio tecnico internazionale dell'area F&A; Consolidate capacità di team working tra i diversi uffici e con il management, flessibilità e problem solving.
