**Descrizione**:
**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role purpose**
The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the overall integration and launch of products in the market, within the marketing acquisition tribe. He/She will have the full responsibility of P&L, product lifecycle, customer experience for Vodafone services and products.

**Behaviours & Competencies**
- Analysis of demand and market benchmarks, with the aim of identifying the best targets for marketing offer and areas for improvement and evolution
- Attention to market trends to prospects’ acquisition.
- Design and management of the offer portfolio, with a focus on the declination of the customer experience across all touchpoints and commercial strategies on the various channels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work groups with the aim of ensuring maximum involvement and compliance with roadmaps
- Focus on commercial performance and compliance with the targets and the P&L of the offer
- Ability to optimize the mix of marketing levers and identify new go to market and go to sales approaches functional to direct commercial performance
- Results and KPIs monitoring and analysis

**Skills**
- Good analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background
- Good negotiation skills with both internal and external parties
- Project management skills and hand on experience in implementing projects
- Good communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions
- Well organized with attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

**Education & Experience**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
- Fluent written and spoken English
