We’re looking for a skilled Graphic & Content Designer to join our growing Castelli marketing team at our Italian headquarters in Fonzaso (BL).
As a Graphic & Content Designer, you’ll collaborate with the global design team to develop creative concepts and eye-catching visuals while also creating high-quality, engaging content for multiple media platforms. Your work will inspire and resonate with diverse audiences and age groups, from professional cyclists to lifestyle and cycling enthusiasts.
This role is critical within Castelli’s organization and is an integral part of a small team at the heart of the brand, known for consistently delivering best-in-class content.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Create visually compelling and emotionally engaging content that elevates the Castelli brand.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute visually impactful projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring content strategies to life, ensuring alignment with Castelli’s marketing goals to maintain its top position on social platforms and develop creative assets for advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Content Production: Plan and coordinate with external creators, shoot, and edit visual content for digital marketing, social media, and websites.
- Video Editing: Create or coordinate with external partners to capture and edit high-quality videos, ensuring smooth storytelling and visual appeal.
- Motion Graphics: Design and animate graphics using After Effects to enhance video content.
- Photography: Capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding purposes.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video and photo assets for future use.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance content strategies.
- Organize logistics for photoshoots.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a demonstrable passion for creating content across various media platforms—including social media, short-form video, streaming, and interactive formats.
- Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who takes initiative.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams, fostering cross-functional teamwork and positive results.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of online and offline production.
- Ability to work within strict brand guidelines and visual language while also bringing creativity and innovation.
- Capable of working autonomously while also taking direction from the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborating as a team player.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to execute video and image content from concept to completion, with a passion for various creative outlets, including design, video, and editing.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
- Good knowledge of at least another language beyond Italian, preferably English.
