**The partner**:
Ricerchiamo un **Product Manager** per azienda operante nel settore Food & Beverage.

**The role**:

- Definire la visione strategica del prodotto e sviluppare piani chiari per il suo sviluppo e il suo lancio sul mercato.
- Collaborare con team cross-funzionali, tra cui sviluppo, design, marketing e vendite, per garantire il successo del prodotto.
- Assicurare che il prodotto soddisfi i requisiti di qualità, funzionalità e usabilità, rispettando i budget e i tempi stabiliti.
- Monitorare le prestazioni del prodotto e analizzare i dati per misurare il successo e apportare miglioramenti.
- Raccogliere e analizzare i feedback dei clienti, condurre ricerche di mercato e identificare opportunità per nuove funzionalità o miglioramenti.

**Requisiti**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Laurea in ambito tecnico/economico.
- Esperienza maturata nel ruolo.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Orientamento ai dettagli e abilità di gestione del tempo.

**Optional skills**:

- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.
- Spirito di leadership.
