**ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB** We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Sedico Logistics Hub. You will support the business goals of EssilorLuxottica group by building and maintaining strong relationships with the suppliers of logistics and transportation services - through reduction of TCO and identification of new business opportunities. Ensures single EssilorLuxottica interface between the suppliers and any internal stakeholders’ function (any function can be involved in transport or logistics activity), involve suppliers with group / BU strategy. EMEA category manager aligns procurement and other functional organizations internally to create maximum value through supplier relationships reporting to the Head of Global Sourcing Logistics and functionally to the Operations Logistics Directors of EMEA. These will be your major responsibilities: - Lead the contract negotiation process with internal partners and suppliers; - Measure/report and action cost improvement with controlling department; - Identify, qualify, and formalize preferred suppliers with logistics department; - Ensure appropriate contract coverage with legal department; - Coordinate, execute and track implementation of corporate strategy at domestic level; - Communicates across all levels of management. Schedules, prepares and delivers executive leadership level briefings, acting as the voice within EssilorLuxottica representing the supplier, ensuring a predictable, balanced partnership is developed; - Team leader and able to be a team player. MBA/Functional Degree in Purchasing or Supply chain highly preferred, professional recognized certification recommended - Min 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing or supply chain management - 5 years of relevant experience in an international organization leading sourcing initiatives on logistics, transport services / additional local country transversal experience will be a plus - Min. 5 years stakeholder management skills in matrix and extremely decentralized environment - Excel and PowerPoint proficiency - People Management - Driving for results - You believe that without your team nothing is possible - Fluent English (of course) - You can't survive without your Ray-Bans, and Oakley, and Vogue, and Persol **WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?** In Luxottica you have the feeling of being part of a "success story", no matter where you work in the Luxottica world, you can really make an impact.
