**Job Description** Are you an Automotive fan with approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial activities?**
**Do you enjoy being on the road and have experience in selling spare parts?**
As a **Spare Parts Field Consultant** you will actively contribute to the development of the customer's automotive manufacturer parts business, putting in place all necessary actions that, consistent with strategic through the achievement of assigned objectives within the geographic area of responsibility.
You will be responsible for ensuring the synergy between dealer and authorized network. This means
that you will be visiting the program’s participants in Emilia-Romagna.
What will you do on a daily basis?
- Implement commercial policies, loyalty recovery plans;
- Support commercial and organizational development of dealer’s and subdealer’s networks;
- Define and share the action plan with the assigned program's participants to get their
- commitment on the strategy;
- Verify and collect spare parts orders, visit dealer’s and subdealer’s network in full compliance
- with the defined KPIs;
- Carry out prospecting activities for new adherents, identifying potential new structures;
- Support central and local marketing campaigns and manage their implementation;
- Coaching activities on all available products.
**Qualifications**
- Approximately 1 to 3 years in Automotive commercial activities (Spare Parts business)
- Experience gained in the Agricultural/ Truck industry is a plus
- Stakeholders management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Problem solving attitude
- Fluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciated
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
**Additional Information**
- Field-based job in the assigned area (North-Ovest Area);
- 40 hours per week
