ERP Solution Architects Stream Lead Finance

**Responsible to coordinate the area of responsibility.**
**Following the Service Optimisation guidance he/she manage the team, coach team members and drive the team to achieve the targets.**
**He/she will participate in the solutioning and design we required**
**Responsibility**
- Coordinate the team for ERP solution architects for the stream
- Oversee the assignment of tickets (incidents and change request) to architects within their stream.
- Attend meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest content and touchpoints from program
- Manage cross-stream dependencies.
- Align with program clusters.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) in Run for his stream
- Investigate shortfalls, issues and complaints in current Run processes.
- Remain up-to-date with developments in management and process optimisation
- Monitor supplier performance and organizational processes.
- Monitor team performance.
- Responsible for solutioning, design, testing and support activities for related SAP modules on SAP S/4 Hana
**Skills Required**:
- Sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes.
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge or previous experience with SAP
- Thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
**Experience Level**
- Minimum of 10+ years of overall hands-on experience in implementation / configuration of SAP
- Experience of SAP S4/HANA
- Experience in managing/coordinating teams
